Lectures and Seminars
Kevin Craine is well known in the document industry and
offers lectures and seminars modeled after his popular book
"Designing a Document Strategy." Sessions are constructed
in a variety of ways, and tailored specifically for the needs of
the audience. Industry experts agree that there is no better
educational resource available for the design and
implementation of a corporate document strategy.

Available Presentations

Keynote Address - Whether digital or paper, documents
are the tools that run business every day. In his keynote
lectures Mr. Craine describes why documents are important,
how they are strategically critical to doing business, and how
to minimize the liabilities and maximize the effectiveness of
corporate documents. These lectures, typically between 45
and 75 minutes, also explore how documents have served as
an aide to human communication throughout millennia, and
how that role translates to how we do business in the current
"Information Age."

Training Seminars - These more detailed seminars step
through the 5-phase "Document Strategy Model" described
in Mr. Craine's popular book, "Designing a Document
Strategy." These sessions, typically between 2 and 4 hours,
detail the process and assessments necessary to design and
implement a document strategy for a large organization.
Practical tools and templates are provided to determine your
most critical documents, understand the process that creates
them, and how to implement process improvements that will
result in real-world, bottom-line benefits.

Custom Sessions - Presentations can be tailored to meet
your specific needs - whether casual or formal, instructional
or inspirational, technically detailed or from the 30 thousand
foot level. Sessions of any length can be constructed to
accommodate your particular event, and combine elements
of Mr. Craine's keynote material along with a brief overview of
his popular Document Strategy Model. Custom sessions can
concentrate on specific individual topics as well, such as
selling your strategy, constructing a compelling proposal, or
managing the effects of transformational change in the
workplace.

"Thank you for your participation at our annual customer conference.
You set the baseline objectives nicely and several other presenters
made reference to your book and presentation to set up their own
topics. You set the table very well.  I'll see you around-- again, much
thanks."
